- Products marked as "Final Sale" or non-refundable during promotions

Return Process

- After your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and use the provided shipping label.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, Play-Station Pro will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
